Returns & Refunds Policy – Wellhams Automotive
At Wellhams Automotive, we’re committed to supplying the right parts and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible, items must:
Be in original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels)
Be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Electrical/electronic components
Special-order or custom-made parts
Fluids, chemicals, and lubricants once opened
Gift cards or downloadable products
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email info@wellhamsautomotive.com or use our Contact Form with:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
2. We’ll provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item securely to the address provided.
> Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility for change-of-mind or incorrect-order returns.
Our responsibility for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
We recommend using tracked shipping. Lost return shipments without proof of delivery cannot be refunded.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
Approve or reject your return
Notify you via email
Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Need a different part? Contact us with your order number, and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.
7. Warranty Claims
Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. If a product fails within its warranty period, please contact us — we’ll help process the claim on your behalf.
